That’s why we partner with on-demand suppliers to produce only what’s ordered, significantly reducing waste. Our advanced printing technology also minimizes wastewater and uses less energy than standard practices.
How do I track my order?
To easily track your order, keep an eye on your email! Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with all the tracking details you need to monitor its journey.

how do I take care of my clothing?
Our DTG printing provides a range of garments with design options.
Use mild detergent to wash inside-out on a gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softeners, dry-cleaning, and ironing the print.
Hang-drying or low tumble-dry is best. Keep your apparel bright and vibrant for years to come!
How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled?
An order takes 2-5 days to be fulfilled on average before it ships out. Shipping times can vary depending on where you are, but we've got some estimates for you:
USA: 3-4 business days
Europe: 6-8 business days
Australia: 2-14 business days
Japan: 4-8 business days
International: 10-20 business days
***We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we can only process orders from within the USA at this time due to shipping delays beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and support during this time!
Are refunds or exchanges available?
Refunds are only available to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact orders@jirehclothingcompany.com with photographs of the damaged or incorrect items and we will work to resolve the issue.
We regret to inform you that we are not currently offering exchanges. However, in rare cases where an item you have received is mislabeled, please get in touch with orders@jirehclothingcompany.com within one week of receiving your order, along with your order number and photographs of the mislabeled item, and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within four weeks of receiving the product. All claims must be submitted within four weeks of the estimated delivery date for packages lost in transit. Claims that are deemed to be our errors will be covered at our expense.
Please be aware that Jireh Clothing Company cannot accept returns of sealed goods such as face masks due to health and hygiene reasons. Any returned orders containing face masks will be disposed of and unavailable for reshipping.
